Since 1991, Mediaworks has been serving the greater Denver area and Colorado as a whole. Beginning life as a video production company and evolving into a digital marketing agency, it’s remained our goal to provide exceptional service and results to small- and medium-sized businesses across the Front Range.
Throughout Mediaworks’ 35-year history, we’ve been headed by our founder, Steve Fox. Leveraging his video editing skills to create informationals, instructionals, promotionals, and other types of videos, Mediaworks got it start. For many years video comprised nearly all of our offerings, until the advent of the World Wide Web. As websites began to go mainstream in the wider business space, Mediaworks began its pivot toward serving this exciting, emerging market. Today, we’re proud to be one of Colorado’s oldest web design and digital marketing firms.
What’s Changing
As of August 2026, ownership of Mediaworks has transferred to our longtime VP of Digital Marketing, Frank Warner. Frank now acts as Mediaworks’ president in addition to being the digital marketing chief, directing the company’s operations while still guiding our digital marketing efforts hands-on.
Steve Fox has chosen to retire from the digital marketing space in the pursuit of other opportunities personal and professional. He leaves the company in its new ownership with confidence in Frank Warner’s ability to lead, and in the continued confidence of the Mediaworks team to uphold the company’s reputation of innovation and quality.
What’s Staying the Same
Our commitment to our clients’ web and digital marketing needs is as strong as it’s ever been, and it’s going to stay that way. Mediaworks’ operations will remain unchanged relative to prior to our transition of ownership. We will continue to support our current clientele, and will continue extending our services to other Colorado businesses who want to grow in the digital space.

Minor bureaucratic changes will occur in accordance with our ownership transition (e.g. our official name has changed from “Mediaworks, Inc.” to “Mediaworks Digital Marketing LLC”). Our Future
